It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Northeast 5th Street and crosses Northwest Vine Street, Northwest Race Street, Northwest Pearl Street, Pearl Street and Northwest Temple Street and ends at Northwest Fair Street. Southwest 5th Street also exists in Mercer County and Henry County.
