It runs in a north-south direction starting from Maple Street and crosses G Avenue, H Avenue, I Avenue, George P. Soumas Memorial Highway, L Avenue, M Avenue, O Avenue, P Avenue and S Avenue. It connects Charter Oak Township, Ricketts and Willow Township. 150th Street is also known as County Highway L51. 150th Street also exists in Soldier Township.
