It crosses Waughkonk Road, Hurley Mountain Road, Forest Hill Drive, Begnal Way, Kingston Traffic Circle, Barley Road, Birch Creek Road, Elm Street, Main Street, Friendship Manor Road, Creekside Drive and Church Road and ends in a cul-de-sac. It connects Town of Ulster, Town of Shandaken, Town of Kingston, Town of Hurley, Town of Olive and Town of Woodstock. State Route 28 is also known as State Highway 28. This street is part of the highway "28" as well as the Bicycle route "US:NY 28".
