Parklands Boulevard in Sunshine Coast Regional is a single-lane, asphalted secondary road (60 km/h). The road has cycle paths (cycle lane). It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Little Mountain Drive, Springs Drive, Village Way, Manor Court, Discovery Drive and Pierce Avenue and ends at Caloundra Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. In the vicinity, there is among other things a bakery. The nearest stops are Parklands Bvd at Meridan State College, Parklands Bvd at Little Mountain Drive and Kalana Road near Sunset Drive.
