Glenelg Highway in Rural City of Ararat is a two-lane main road (60 km/h). It runs in an east-west direction starting from Walker Street and crosses Old Settlement Road, Chatsworth - Wickliffe Road, Settlement Road, Huckers Road, Kinnersley Road, Howlett Road, McMasters Road, Murray Road, Graham Road, Montgomery Street and Mortlake - Ararat Road. It connects Lake Bolac, Wickliffe and Westmere. This road is part of the long-distance roads B160 and C148.
