Highway 7 in Mississippi Mills is a two-lane, asphalted, unlit expressway (80 km/h). The road has no sidewalks. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Ramsay Concession 5a, Ramsay Concession 4A, Scotch Corners Road, Tatlock Road, Ramsay Concession 2A and Ramsay Concession 1. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 7 and Trans Canada Highway (ON) (Hwy 7, Hwy 12 to Hwy 417). In the vicinity, there is among other things a fast food restaurant. Highway 7 also exists in Beckwith, Drummond-North Elmsley, Perth and Tay Valley.
