Main Street in Temiskaming Shores is a two-lane, asphalted tertiary road (50 km/h). It runs in an east-west direction starting from West Road and crosses Quarry Road, Browning Street, Niven Street, Rorke Avenue, Georgina Avenue, Ferguson Avenue, Meridian Avenue and Leslie MacFarlane Way and ends at Farr Drive. In the vicinity, there is a restaurant. Main Street also exists in Charlton and Dack, Thornloe, Kirkland Lake, James Township and Unorganized West Timiskaming.
