Bruce Road in Ruapehu District

Bruce Road in Ruapehu District is a two-lane, asphalted main road (100 km/h, road number SH 48). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from State Highway 47 and crosses Hepi Terrace, Ngauruhoe Place, Tawera Place, Rehua Place and Top o' The Bruce. Bruce Road is also known as State Highway 48. This road is part of the long-distance road "48" and the hiking trail "Te Araroa - 04 Manawatū-Whanganui - d Mangatepopo to National Park".
