Ngahere Hou connection in Marlborough District is a dirt path. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Kenepuru Road.

Kenepuru Head Campsite (limited wheelchair access, tents allowed, caravans allowed). Picturesque setting and a great base for a range of activities, including boating, fishing, walking and mountain biking on the nearby Queen Charlotte Track. – approx. 700 m.
Freecamping self-contained at Kenepuru Road – approx. 2,7 km.
Ratimera Bay Campsite. A popular site with a long sandy beach for boating, fishing and picnicking. – approx. 2,8 km.
Black Rock Campsite. Walk or mountain bike to this campsite from the Queen Charlotte Track in the Marlborough Sounds. There is no drive in access. – approx. 4,8 km.
Kumutoto Bay Campsite. A sheltered east-facing bay with a short walk, boating, water skiing and fishing opportunities close by. – approx. 4,8 km.
Nikau Cove Campsite (tents allowed, caravans allowed). This flat campsite is in a sheltered bay and offers a good base for exploring the area by sea or land. – approx. 5,8 km.
Picnic Bay Campsite (tents allowed, caravans allowed). This is a scenic area with walking, sea kayaking, motor boating, kayaking, fishing and bird watching. – approx. 6,1 km.
Ngaruru Bay Campsite. An isolated campsite with water-based activities for those who want to get away from it all. – approx. 9,7 km.
Blumine Island/oruawairua Campsite – approx. 9,9 km.
Whatamango Bay Campsite. Camp beside the beach and go fishing, explore and enjoy the peace only 15-minute drive away from the Picton ferry. – approx. 10,6 km.
