Cove Road in Whangārei District is a two-lane, asphalted, unlit secondary road (60 km/h). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from The Centre and crosses Nova Scotia Drive, South Road, Insley Road, Braemar Lane, Flagstaff Terrace, Seascape Crescent, Riverview Place, Hamon Road, Johnson Point Road, Seamore Rise and North Cove Lane. This road is part of the hiking trails Te Araroa - 01 Northland - h Whangarei Heads to Bream Bay and Te Araroa - 01 Northland - j Cullen Brynderwyn Walkway and the long-distance road "Twin Coast Discovery Highway". In the vicinity, you can find among other things a motel, a farm supplies shop, a restaurant and a police station. The nearest stops are Waipu Cove and Langs Beach.
