Ikamatua Highway in Buller District is a two-lane, asphalted main road (100 km/h, also known as State Highway 7). It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Grey Road and crosses Maimai Road, Antonios Road, Suttons Mill Road, Thompsons Road, Waiuta Road, Snowy River Road, Railway Road, Atarau Road and Golf Links Road and ends at State Highway 7. Ikamatua Highway is also known as State Highway 7. This road is part of the long-distance road "7" and the bicycle route "Nelson Lakes Greymouth Tour Aotearoa".
