It runs in an east-west direction starting from Roberts Mill Pond Road and crosses West Street, 1st Street North, 2nd Street North, 3rd Street North, 4th Street North, 5th Street North, 8th Court South, Old Wagon Road, Mimosa Row, Whitesville Road and 9th Street. It connects Pell City and St. Clair County. This street is part of the highways 78 and Bankhead Highway from Birmingham to Talladega (1923).
