It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Jacksons Gap Way and crosses Vfw Parkway, Rock Springs Road, Abbett Drive, Shady Grove Drive, Eagle Creek Road, Depot Avenue, East Church Street, Morris Street, Manoy Drive and Greathouse Road. Main Street also exists in Alexander City, Dadeville and Camp Hill.
