Grand Avenue in Surprise is a two-lane, asphalted expressway (also known as Wickenburg–Phoenix Highway). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses North 193rd Avenue, North 191st Avenue, West Jomax Road, Rancho Boulevard, West Happy Valley Road, West Norwich Drive, West Deer Valley Road and North 163rd Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Grand Avenue is also known as Wickenburg–Phoenix Highway. This street is part of the highways STRAHNET route: Phoenix - Las Vegas, 60 and Former US 70 (AZ 1969). Grand Avenue also exists in Glendale.
