It runs in an east-west direction starting from East 1st Street and crosses North Church Street, North Florence Street, North Park Street, Park Street, North Warner Street, Warner Street, North Silver Street, North King Street, North Phoenix Street and Phoenix Street and ends at North Pinal Parkway. 1st Street also exists in Winkelman, Apache Junction and Mammoth.
