It runs in an east-west direction and crosses South Arrowhead Boulevard, South Defrain Boulevard, Ehlers Boulevard, Sunnyside Lane, North Lovekin Boulevard, North Eucalyptus Avenue, North Broadway, Easy Street, Jennifer Court, North 7th Street, North C and D Boulevard and Intake Boulevard. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Riverside County and Blythe. 10th Avenue also exists in San Francisco, Yuba County, Kings County, Tehama County and Fresno County.
