Main Street North in Adairsville is a two-lane local road (also known as Old Hwy 41). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Old Dixie Highway and crosses Adairsville Highway, Piedmont Avenue, East George Street, Campbell Drive, Chamlee Lane, Davis Drive, King Street, Elm Street, Dyar Street, Cherry Street and Public Square. Main Street North is also known as Old Hwy 41. This street is part of the highway "Dixie Highway from Chattanooga to Cartersville via Dalton (1919)".
