Central Avenue in Cook County is a two-lane, asphalted local road. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses West Midlothian Turnpike, 143rd Street, Central Court, Scarborough Lane, 147th Street, Fern Avenue, La Palm Drive, 151st Street, 152nd Street, Victoria Drive, Natalie Drive and 155th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Oak Forest, Bremen Township and Rich Township. This street is part of the Hiking trail "OBT-5". Nearby there is a place of worship. Central Avenue also exists in River Forest, Morton Grove, Lansing, Northfield and Maine Township.
