Adams Street in Elgin is a residential street. It runs in an east-west direction starting from South Edison Avenue and crosses South Commonwealth Avenue, Marguerite Street, Wilcox Avenue, Gertrude Street, Lindbergh Court, Moseley Street, Homer Street, Oxford Street and Wilbur Street and ends at South State Street. Adams Street also exists in Proviso Township, Bloom Township and Thornton Township.
