It runs in an east-west direction starting from U.S. Grant Memorial Highway and crosses North Rush Street, South Park Road, North Pearl Street and North Main Street and ends at East North Avenue. It connects Stockton and Stockton Township. This street is part of the highway "20". West North Avenue also exists in Cook County, Lake County, DeKalb County, DuPage County and Jefferson County.
