It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Johnson Street, Maiden Lane, Williams Place, William Avenue, Richardson Drive and Hickory Drive. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects East Dundee and Dundee Township. This street is part of the Bicycle route "Grand Illinois Trail - McHenry to Maywood".
