It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Goldfinch Avenue, Heron Avenue, Jay Avenue, Kingbird Avenue, Lark Avenue, Mockingbird Avenue, Nighthawk Avenue, Oriole Avenue, Pheasant Avenue, Quail Avenue and Robin Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Cameron Township and Viola Township. 120th Street is also known as Co Trunk Hwy F16.
