It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 105th Street, 110th Street, 120th Street, 1st Street, 2nd Street, 3rd Street, 4th Street, 130th Street, 140th Street, 150th Street, 160th Street and 170th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Amaqua Township, Boxholm, Beaver Township and Grant Township. This street is part of the highway "169". D Avenue also exists in Union Township.
