Main Street in Buchanan County is a secondary road (also known as County Road D16;Otterville Boulevard). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Otterville Boulevard and crosses East Street, Oak Street North and Oak Street South and ends at Otterville Boulevard. Main Street is also known as County Road D16. This street is part of the highway "D16". Main Street also exists in Janesville, Nashua, Eddyville, Zwingle and Tabor.
