It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 240th Street, 250th Street, 260th Street, 270th Street, 280th Street, 290th Street, 300th Street and 310th Street and ends at 320th Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Nishnabotny Township and Washington Township. X Avenue is also known as County Highway E65. X Avenue also exists in Iowa Township and Union Township.
