It runs in a north-south direction starting from Northwest Granger Drive and crosses Tanner Lane, Taft Drive, Taylor Path, 160th Street, 180th Street, Royer Creek Drive, 190th Street, Woodland Hills Drive, 200th Street, 210th Street and 222nd Place. It connects Walnut Township, Des Moines Township and Grant Township. T Avenue is also known as County Highway R22. Nearby there is a school. T Avenue also exists in Van Meter Township.
