Main Street in Sidney is a secondary road (also known as United States Highway 275). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Illinois Street and crosses Indiana Street and Douglas Street and ends at South Main Street. Main Street is also known as United States Highway 275. This street is part of the highway "Loess Hills National Scenic Byway: Pleasant Overview Loop". Nearby there is a town hall. Main Street also exists in Hamburg, Imogene and Thurman.
