It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses River Ridge Drive, Maple Street, Deutel Court, Brinker Court, Dunn Street, Pine Drive, Spring Street, Mill Creek Road, Park Street, Market Street and Market Court and ends at South 7th Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Bellevue and Jackson County. North 7th Street also exists in Eddyville, Forest City, Stuart and Lee County.
