It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Highway F17 West, West 72nd Street North, County Highway S52 North, West 84th Street North, Highway F24 West, West 90th Street North, West 108th Street North, State Highway 117, East Street, Station Street, West 130th Street North and North 63rd Avenue West. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Poweshiek Township, Independence Township, Mingo, Sherman Township and Valeria.
