2nd Avenue in Osceola County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as State Highway 60). It runs in a north-south direction starting from Old Highway 60 and crosses 160th Street, 2nd Street, 3rd Street, 4th Street, 5th Street, 6th Street, 7th Street, 8th Street, 9th Street, 10th Street and 11th Street and ends at Old Highway 60. It connects Osceola County and Sibley. 2nd Avenue is also known as State Highway 60. 2nd Avenue also exists in Durant, Sheldon, Mills County, O'Brien County and Wapello County.
