Baxter Avenue in Webster County is a secondary road (also known as County Highway P29). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 220th Street, Dakota Avenue, 230th Street, 240th Street, 250th Street, 270th Street, 280th Street, 290th Street, 300th Street, 310th Street, 320th Street and 330th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Fulton Township, Johnson Township, Roland Township and Gowrie Township. Baxter Avenue is also known as County Highway P29. Baxter Avenue also exists in Jackson Township.
