It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 270th Avenue, 265th Avenue, 260th Avenue, 250th Avenue, 245th Avenue, 240th Avenue, 235th Avenue, Dry Run Road, Twin Springs Road, Park Street, Short Street and Blue Grass Drive. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Decorah, Frankville Township, Decorah Township and Madison Township. This street is part of the highway "9". State Highway 9 also exists in Lincoln Township.
