It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Avocet Court, Turnstone Court, Carvel Grove Road, Katherine Avenue, Weir Lane, Armstrong Lane, Vogts Lane, Schotts Road, Wrights Lane, Gattus Lane and Ryan Frost Way and ends at Back River Neck Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Cape May Road also exists in Montgomery County.
