North Rosedale Street in Baltimore, Northwest Community Action is a two-lane, asphalted residential street. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Hanlon Avenue and crosses Mondawmin Avenue, Gwynns Falls Parkway, Elgin Avenue, Poplar Terrace, Windsor Avenue, Clifton Avenue, Walbrook Avenue, Herbert Street, West North Avenue, Westwood Avenue and Bloomingdale Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Hanlon-Longwood, Rosemont, Northwest Community Action and Walbrook. North Rosedale Street also exists in Carroll-South Hilton and Franklintown Road.
