It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Hanover Pike and crosses Ogg Alley, Walnut Street, Bachman Road, Manchester Road, Maiden Lane, Wood Alley, Carr Alley, Westminster Street, York Street, Graffie Lane and Church Street and ends at Hanover Pike. This street is part of the highway "30". Nearby you can find a restaurant and an auto parts store. Main Street also exists in Sykesville and New Windsor.
