It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Frederick Street, Caroline Street, Louisa Lane, Edgewater Avenue, Clearview Avenue, Revelation Road, West Old Philadelphia Road, Market Street, Black Avenue and Conestoga Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Charlestown and Cecil County.
