East Cecil Avenue in North East, MD 21901 (Cecil County) is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as Philadelphia Road). It runs in an east-west direction starting from West Cecil Avenue and crosses North Main Street, South Main Street, North Mauldin Avenue, South Mauldin Avenue, Mechanics Valley Road, Cemetery Road, Lincoln Avenue and Rehill Avenue and ends at East Old Philadelphia Road. It connects North East and Cecil County. East Cecil Avenue is also known as Philadelphia Road. This street is part of the highway "7" as well as the Bicycle routes East Coast Greenway (MD), US:US 201, US:US 201 and 9-11 Trail (Maryland).
