It runs in an east-west direction and crosses High Street, Warwick Landing, Water Street, Myrtle Street, Walnut Street, Temple Street, Willow Street, Paul Birch Avenue, Academy Street, Maple Street, Poplar Street and Linden Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "14". Nearby there is among others a place of worship. Main Street also exists in East New Market.
