It runs in a north-south direction starting from Britton Highway and crosses Kniffin Road, 10th Street, 9th Street, Rose Street, Maple Street, Osborne Street, Cheever Street, East Chicago Boulevard and West Chicago Boulevard and ends at South Main Street. North Main Street also exists in Adrian and Cambridge Township.
