It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Miller Road, Clarkston Road, Robertson Court, East Washington Street and West Washington Street and ends at South Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. North Main Street is also known as Ortonville Road. This street is part of the highway "15". North Main Street also exists in Clawson, Rochester and Independence Charter Township.
