Main Street in Montgomery County is an asphalted local road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses North Caldwell Street, South Caldwell Street, North Cherry Street, South Cherry Street, East 2nd Street, Post Oak School Road and Straube Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Montgomery County and Middletown. Main Street also exists in Scott City, Nelson, Holt, Kansas City and Gilman City.
