It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Southwestern Pond Road, Gunderson Road, Smith Well Connect Road, Desert Dog Road, Windmill Road, Penoyer Farm Road, Old Mill Street, Canyon Road, Shadow Wells Road, Nellis Range Road, Tempiute Mine Road and Historical Marker Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Extraterrestrial Highway is also known as E.T. Highway. This street is part of the highway "375". Extraterrestrial Highway also exists in Nye County.
