It runs in an east-west direction and crosses West Main Street, Valladares Drive, Thorne Hill Road, North Road, Kancamagus Highway, Olympic Lane, Lake Street, Pleasant Street, Washington Street and White Mountain Highway and ends at East Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 16 and 113. Nearby there is among others a fast food restaurant. The nearest stop is Conway (about 450 m away). Main Street also exists in Ossipee, Sandwich, Tamworth and Bartlett.
