It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Front Street and crosses Ernest Avenue, Colonial Way, Greybird Farm Circle, Boulder Brook Drive, Tamarind Lane, Riverwoods Drive, White Oak Drive, Pickpocket Road, Juniper Ridge Road, Powder Mill Road and John West Road. This street is part of the highway "111". Kingston Road also exists in Plaistow and Danville.
