It runs in an east-west direction starting from Knox Cave Road and crosses Crow Hill Road, West Wind Road, Willow Lane, Colliton Road, White Road, Bell Road, Villeneuve Drive, Westfall Road, Indian Meadows Path, County Route 253 and Maple Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Town of Knox, Village of Altamont and Town of Guilderland. This street is part of the Hiking trail "Long Path" as well as the highway "253". Nearby there is a cemetery.
