It runs in an east-west direction starting from West Main Street Extended and crosses Crandall Street, Wheeler Avenue, Randall Avenue, Canasawacta Street, Mill Street, Locust Street, Elm Street, Guernsey Street, Maple Street and Court Street and ends at East Main Street. It connects Town of Norwich and City of Norwich. This street is part of the highway "10A".
