It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Main Street and crosses Gladstone Hollow Road, Finkle Road, Martins Road, Bryant's Brook Lane, Crescent Hill Road, Canada Hollow Road, Deer Dell, Dunraven-New Kingston Road, Jones Hollow Road, Ben Meeker Road and County Road 3. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Town of Middletown and Town of Andes. This street is part of the highways 28 and Catskill Mountains Scenic Byway. State Highway 28 also exists in Town of Bovina, Town of Delhi and Town of Meredith.
