State Route 3 in Jefferson County is a two-lane main road (Road number NY 3). It runs in an east-west direction starting from Rutland Street and crosses Burnup Road, Sandy Pines Drive, Rex Drive, Gray Street, Boot Jack Hill Road, Cemetery Road, County Road 143, Main Street, Back Street, Lester Road and Wilton Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Town of Champion and Town of Rutland. This street is part of the highways 3, Olympic Trail and Black River Trail. Nearby there is among others a gas station.
