It runs in a north-south direction starting from Thompson Corners-Florence Road and crosses Taylor Road, Rehm Road, Meagher Wells Road, McSpirit Road, Hart Road, Old River Road, Walker Road, Jones Road, Quarry Road, Hillside Drive and Cropper Street. It connects Town of Camden, Village of Camden and Town of Florence. This street is part of the highway "68". Nearby there is a place of worship.
