State Highway 28 in Otsego County is a two-lane main road (Road number NY 28). It crosses Locust Lane, Zephyr Knoll, Walters Way, Breezy Willow Lane, Poplar Lane, Hyder Road, Dennison Road, Wing Hill Road, Cooks Road, Lake View Road and Perkins Lane and ends in a cul-de-sac. It comes from West Lake Road and connects Town of Otsego, Town of Exeter and Town of Richfield. This street is part of the highway "28". State Highway 28 also exists in Town of Hartwick, Town of Milford and Town of Oneonta.
